Who we are
90 Networks Ltd is responsible for the personal information we collect through this website. Our address is Victoria Building, Lerret Road, Portland, Dorset DT5 1GB. Contact hello@90networks.co.uk or 0330 789 0920 with questions about your information.
Information and purpose
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, optional company and telephone details, and your message. We use these details to respond to you, discuss services and take steps you request before entering a contract. We may also rely on our legitimate interests in handling business enquiries and protecting the website.
Please do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information through the form.
How enquiries are delivered
Cloudflare hosts the website and processes form submissions. Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated submissions and may process technical information about your connection and device. Enquiries are forwarded to our private Telegram account so we can respond. Telegram and Cloudflare may process information outside the UK under their applicable arrangements. Telegram bot messages are not end-to-end encrypted.
Retention and access
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, or meet legal requirements. We review information that is no longer needed. Access is limited to people and providers involved in handling enquiries or operating our services.
Maps, cookies and technical data
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare processes technical connection information to deliver and protect the website. The location map loads only when you choose to load it; Google then receives connection information and may use cookies under its own privacy terms. You can instead follow the Google Maps link.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict its use, object to processing or request a portable copy. Contact us to make a request. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Updates
We will update this page if our website or handling of information changes.
